Temp-to-Hire: Westaff offers a try-before-you-hire service that allows you to try out new, full-time employees and benefit from their skills and services before hiring them. Our Temp-to-Hire program allows clients to evaluate the performance of a new employee on a trial basis. After the evaluation period, if you decide to hire the employee, you pay no additional fee.

Direct Hire: Westaff's Direct Hire program can provide the regular, full-time employee for a highly productive work relationship now. We offer a full complement of services - extensive candidate searches, in-depth interviews, complete behavioral and skills assessments, and presentations of the most fully qualified candidates.

On-Location® Staffing Program: For large or multiple work site staffing needs, Westaff can provide you with a customized On-Location plan. Our On-Location managers will shoulder the responsibilities of oversight, reporting and continuous quality improvement. With day-to-day personal oversight, we can provide managers who will maintain an optimum, flexible level of staffing for your company. For many mid-sized accounts, we can also bring our administrative services directly to your work site, including worker check-in, paycheck delivery and distribution, performance counseling and issue resolution.
