The Benefits of Working as a Westaff Associate

Westaff's staffing associates enjoy the benefits of having more control over their hours as well as the support of professionals who can help launch and develop their careers. But there are many other advantages to working for Westaff. At Westaff, we want to ensure a positive work experience, and we understand that taking care of your needs as our associate is one of the most important things we can do. So, as part of our commitment, we offer a generous benefits package. Among the programs we offer are:

Health and Life Insurance Plans — Westaff offers a strong selection of health and life insurance plans, including Hospitalization, Pharmacy Discount, Doctor’s Office Visits, X-ray, Lab (DXL), Vision Care Discounts, and Dental benefits. Our program also includes Life/Accidental Death insurance.

Service Bonus — Westaff's Service Bonus program will reward you for making a longer term work commitment. Our associates have the opportunity to earn forty (40) hours of pay after working 1,500 hours in a calendar year - January 1 through December 31.

Holiday Pay — We offer our staffing associates six paid holidays each year to celebrate New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. To qualify, associates must meet the minimum requirements.

401(k) — You can save for your retirement with pre-tax money by joining our 401(k) plan.

Credit Union Membership — Receive free checking and competitive rates on loans and investments. You can sign up for this benefit after working just one hour for Westaff.

Direct Deposit — Avoid the hassle of checks. Westaff associates are automatically eligible for direct deposit of their paychecks into their bank or credit union account.
