About Us

Westaff was founded in 1948 by W. Robert Stover, was incorporated in 1954 and became a public company in 1996. In March 2009, Westaff was acquired by The Select Family of Staffing Companies, a top 10 industry leader with a national network of over 300 offices.

Westaff Hawaii is a locally owned and operated “Full Service” staffing firm with the resources of a national company. Our Honolulu office has over 26 years of experience providing quality employee talent to the State of Hawaii. Our staff members have the unique experience working as a temporary associates, being clients/customers and the operation of our office. We understand the challenges of being a temporary associate and the client’s perspective in using temporary staffing to meet their needs.

 

Meet Our Staff
Tricia Evans
President / Owner

Tricia is Westaff’s new owner and president. Tricia started with Westaff in 2001 as a Staffing Coordinator and most recently was Senior Account Manager. Tricia was born and raised in Honolulu and Kailua, Hawaii. Tricia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Linfield College and is an alumna of Maryknoll High School. Tricia has a multitude of experience in staffing, human resources administration and business operations. Tricia truly understands the benefits of temporary staffing, since right out of college she joined the temporary labor pool and utilized temporary services as a client.
Angela Coloretti
Staffing Manager

Angela is responsible for hiring, processing and placement of associates, client accounts and employee management. Her previous work experience includes higher education program management, grant writing, office management, and advising students on their pursuit of advanced degrees. Angela was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Angela holds a Master’s Degree in Student Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Specialization in Education from UCLA. In addition, she is an alumna of 'Iolani School. Angela is a firm believer in the Westaff mission of providing excellent service to our valued clients and associate employees.
